We have our own corrugated manufacturing facility and design lab with full time designer and CAD table to provide custom product to your specifications.

We provide next day delivery (where applicable) with our own fleet of trucks and back up our product offering with the best customer service around.

Pricing

Our policy is to provide competitive pricing and give 30 day notice of impending price change. With today’s volatility in raw materials and especially oil and polyethylene based products, this may not always be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. In that case you will be advised on any changes when ordering.

Our policy is also to require confirmation of special prices on non stock orders, large quantities or custom boxes by receipt of your purchase order or by our receiving a signed order acknowledgement confirming specifications.

Backorders: Will be shipped when available unless we are advised to cancel. I f you want you order shipped complete; please notify us when placing the order.

Manufactured items, be they packaging or corrugated, are subject to a tolerance of plus or minus 10%. If you require exact quantities or matched sets of items there is a 10% upcharge. If no underun or a minimum quantity is required, please advise us at time of order and confirm it on the acknowledgement.

Product Warranty, Limitations on Remedies and Returns

Return Policy: Request must be made with 30 days of receipt and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Note customer will be responsible for return freight. No returns will be accepted on custom made or special order items. If there is an error and it is our fault we will remedy it. Issues, if any, must be regarding these items and will be resolved by your salesperson and customer service.

Return Procedure:We require a return authorization to track returns. Please do not give returns to our drivers without proper authorization or they may get lost and you will not receive timely or proper credit. Contact customer service for an RA number and further instructions at 727-573-1822 or e mail support at gomelco.com. Mark the RA number on the paperwork. If it is a non defective return, please do not mark it on the box.

Payment Options: Melco accepts the following forms of payment:

• Melco open account (net 30) subject to credit approval: Follow the link to our credit application.
• Major credit cards: Amex, Visa, Master Charge, Discover. Credit cards will be charged on the day of shipment.
• Personal or corporate checks.
• ETF (Electronic funds Transfer) or wire transfers.
• Debit Cards when a pin number is not required.
• COD only if delivered by Melco truck. You will be called the day of delivery to advise the amount.

We do not accept Pay Pal.

Florida businesses - Note: There is no sales tax on packaging in Florida but in order to be eligible we are required to have a copy of your Annual Resale Tax Certificate on file.

Special orders, tooling or packaging equipment may require a deposit in advance. Customer service or your sales person will advise.

Just In Time (Make and Hold for Release) Programs – We offer these programs on a 90 day basis where we will manufacture and hold for release. Please contact your salesperson or customer service for details.

Zip codes not listed are out of our truck delivery area. Please call if you are in a non listed area for freight charges.

If the item exceeds UPS size or weight limits it can be shipped “Common Carrier” (truck) collect (3rd party billing).

Minimum order $25.00 (before taxes) for shipment prepay and add to invoice.

The above applies to verifiable commercial addresses. We do not handle residential deliveries; they are UPS or common carrier only.

Additional charges required by common carriers such as lift gate, notification or inside delivery are customer responsibility.

Vendor direct orders: FOB shipping point subject to vendor requirement for prepaid freight to a commercial location.

Rush shipments: Expedited routing (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day etc, will be accommodated at customer expense. We must have a signed authorization in order to proceed or we can use you Parcel Carrier account number.
